Scientific Safety Alliance is seeking a hands-on Lean Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Baltic, South Dakota location. This role coordinates the local Customer Success, Lab & Field Technician teams to optimize workflows, capacity, and service quality while driving operational efficiency and growth.

You will report to SSA's Midwest Regional Manager and collaborate with the COO and Sales to shape a customer-centric strategy, build scalable processes, and deliver high-touch

Qualifications

• Experience in lean operations in manufacturing or life sciences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and scheduling.
• Own customer relationships and escalation point.
• Drive P&L opportunities and revenue growth.
• Coordinate onboarding and field service deployments.
• Leverage data to improve retention and customer experience.
