Job summary

Acoustical Sheetmetal Company is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support metal fabrication and manufacturing operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, welding equipment, and facility systems to maximize uptime and safety.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, familiarity with welding gear, and strong diagnostic skills to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Technical certification or associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive, and corrective maintenance on fabrication equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain welding equipment and power supplies to spec.
• Maintain PM records and document compliance in CMMS.
• Support safety requirements and continuous improvements.
