Job summary

Innovative Health LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production and partner with the Manufacturing Engineer on process improvements. You will help ensure facilities, equipment, tooling, and documentation meet quality standards and support transfers of new products into production.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong math and data analysis skills.
• Ability to write and execute protocols.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts such as 5S and Value Stream Mapping.
• Associate degree in technical field preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in Medical Devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production to ensure high volume manufacturing is unimpeded.
• Review and edit production work instructions, procedures, and forms.
• Participate in evaluating upgrades for assembly.
• Assist with hands-on problem solving and resolution of product and process issues.
• Report and facilitate correction of out-of-specification conditions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Order equipment and materials for production needs.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory for new products.
