Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in rubber and/or composites manufacturing preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with hose manufacturing and equipment listed; familiarity with related processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of a manufacturing department to meet safety, quality, delivery, and budget goals.
• Oversee the operation of the manufacturing department and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain ERP system and ensure accurate data and reporting.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety standards.
• Support company objectives and communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely information flow.
