Job summary

R.E. Darling Co., Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a manufacturing department, drive safety and quality, and manage daily activities to meet goals. You will guide a team, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and ensure ERP/MRP data accuracy and lean process flow.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and problem-solving, with interaction across multiple levels of the company and with external partners. ITAR/EAR data access is a requirement for this position.

Qualifications

Associates degree in a technical field preferred.
Minimum five years of experience in rubber and/or composites manufacturing preferred.
2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
2 years of experience in a military subcontracting environment preferred.
Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of a manufacturing department.
Oversee operation of the manufacturing department.
Maintain ERP system.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing methods to manage department.
Ensure a safe work environment.
Interact professionally with other departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve problems and ensure timely information flow.
