Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in rubber and/or composites manufacturing preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with hose/dept.-specific processes is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of a manufacturing department and direct reports.
• Oversee operation of the manufacturing department to meet safety, quality, delivery, and budget goals.
• Maintain ERP system and use Lean methods to improve efficiency.
• Ensure a safe work environment and professional interaction with suppliers and customers.
• Interact with Human Resources on employee issues and manage daily priorities.
