Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and production for hollow metal manufacturing.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on daily decision-making.
• Assist in setting and achieving strategic goals for the department.
• Provide direction, training, mentoring and motivation to production teams.
• Manage work schedules to meet production requirements.
• Ensure orders are filled efficiently and on-time.
• Provide quality oversight for all customer orders.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve procedures and processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, quality, and cost controls.
