Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement goals to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery and people.
• Drive continuous improvement using LEAN tools and resource optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Engage in staff development and coaching, performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with other locations and functions as needed.
• Forecast requirements and manage annual budget.
