Red Wing Shoe Company seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the Potosi, MO production team on-site. You will oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while driving Lean process improvements and team development.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and accountability for achieving financial and operational objectives in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills, including the ability to motivate employees toward safety and quality.
• Experience managing in a process manufacturing environment and using Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, schedules, safety, quality, cost, and delivery at the department level.
• Drive continuous improvement of operations using LEAN tools and process improvements.
• Engage in development of staff and internal resources; collaborate with other locations.
• Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze variances.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies; promote safe, productive work environment.
