Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a large manufacturing organization.
• Proven track record in building a team and driving safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements.
• Strong lean manufacturing knowledge; furniture industry experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, delegation and communication skills.
