U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead union-represented production teams across multiple departments. You will direct daily manufacturing and assembly activities for timing chain system components, coach staff, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and budgeting in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The Production Supervisor directs and coordinates union personnel within the various departments involving the various stages of manufacturing and assembly of automotive parts, specifically timing chain system components.
It is the expectation of the company that Supervisors will accomplish these goals by working to a high ethical standard and consistently complies with all company policies, work rules, Union Contractual agreements, and applicable laws with little to no direct supervision.
