Job summary

Hexcel is seeking a Production Manager at our Pottsville, PA location. You will lead the Production Supervisor, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and ensure the monthly manufacturing plan aligns with customer demand. The role requires strong supervisory skills, Lean and Six Sigma exposure, and ERP/MRP familiarity.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of production leadership experience. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems is preferred; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical field or related discipline preferred with three-five years' production experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous Supervisory experience required.
• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; ERP/MRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Production Supervisor in area of responsibility. Train, plan, assign, and direct work in accordance with applicable policies and laws.
• Monitor area production schedule and productivity.
• Manage, educate, coach and provide developmental opportunities to team members; remove barriers to assure individuals and the team are successfully meeting their goals.
