Job summary

You will oversee assembly, test, material handling, sheet metal fabrication and machining operations, driving lean initiatives, safety and quality improvements while managing budgets and capital expenditures.

• Develop and implement lean strategies to improve efficiency.
• Optimize factory layouts to enhance workflow and reduce waste.
• Lead safety training and enforce safety policies.
• Manage budgets and capital expenditures.
• Coach Supervisors and Team Leads to maximize productivity.
• Monitor quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance to optimize production costs and margins.
