Flowserve is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead planning, directing, and improving manufacturing processes across machining, assembly, and testing operations. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field, or 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting machining, assembly, testing, or production operations.
• Proven ability to drive cost reductions and operational improvements.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Ability to present information and recommendations to leadership.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, and improve manufacturing processes involving machining, assembly, testing, and production operations.
• Investigate capital equipment opportunities, develop business justifications, and manage equipment acquisition and installation projects.
• Partner with Manufacturing Supervisors and Operations teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Evaluate and implement manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure machine programs support customer requirements and new product introductions.
• Coordinate tooling, fixtures, and process requirements to support production demand.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Track capital projects and expenditures to ensure on-schedule and within budget.
• Develop and support manufacturing strategic plans and operational improvements.
• Conduct testing, validation, and optimization of processes.
