Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop production staff and leads.
• Coordinate production schedules with customer service and other functions.
• Lead Kaizen events and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
