Job summary

The Conair Group is seeking a results-driven Lean Manufacturing Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across our Franklin, PA operations. You will drive value stream mapping, waste elimination, and lean transformations with cross-functional teams to improve process yield and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in lean management, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or similar.
5+ years as a lean manager or in process improvement.
Experience with 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Six Sigma.
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
ERP systems and process-mapping software experience.
Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead projects, equipment installs, and facility expansions on time and within budget.
Conduct value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies.
Facilitate lean workshops and Kaizen events.
SOPs and best practices across departments.
Track KPIs and report to senior management.
Develop a strategic lean transformation roadmap.
