Job summary

Conair, part of the PiovanGroup, is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Manager to lead continuous improvement across Franklin, PA operations. You will drive value-stream improvements, embed lean principles, and coach cross-functional teams to eliminate waste and improve flow.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in lean management, strong problem-solving skills, experience with 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban, and ERP systems, and a track record of delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in lean management or similar roles.
• Proficiency with lean methodologies (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Six Sigma).
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, equipment installations, and facility expansions on time and within budget.
• Perform detailed process analyses to identify waste and inefficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and Kaizen events on lean tools.
• Implement SOPs and best practices across departments.
• Track KPIs and report progress to senior management.
