Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Lean & Industrial Engineering Manager for the Pendergrass facility. You will lead lean manufacturing and industrial engineering strategies to improve productivity, labor efficiency, and capacity while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will build and scale a high-performing team, set standards, and drive data-driven decisions across operations to deliver measurable business results and long-term performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience leading Lean, productivity, or Industrial Engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lean & Industrial Engineering function and develop team capabilities.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize productivity, labor utilization, capacity, manufacturing flow, and factory layout.
• Establish labor standards, staffing models, capacity plans, and performance metrics.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping,Kaizen,5S,Standard Work, and structured problem-solving efforts.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve operational performance and deliver measurable business results.
