Job summary

The role focuses on Kaizen events, data analysis, RCCA, and creating durable standards that boost safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience improving manufacturing processes and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and employee engagement.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities using data, observations, feedback, and trends.
• Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste, reduce variation, improve flow, and increase efficiency.
