Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Manager to lead a manufacturing team in Juneau, Wisconsin, overseeing engineering activities within the facility to meet quality, schedule, and cost goals.

The role requires strong Lean and process improvement experience, ability to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, and leadership to coach a diverse team while collaborating with cross‑functional groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years Manufacturing Engineering and Lean Management experience.
• Experience deploying capital improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team and mentor staff.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and upgrades at the site.
• Collaborate with production, design engineering, and QA to improve processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and new technologies.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure quality.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and resource plans for projects.
• Foster safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Engage contract resources and communicate with all company levels.
