Job summary

The role reports to Operations and requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, CAD proficiency, and strong problem solving. You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to sustain standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with CAD and MS Office.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot production failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain procedures, work instructions, and flow charts.
• Lead continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 5S, TPM).
• Coordinate with quality and engineering on drawings and specifications.
