Qualifications

• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing concepts and tools.
• Strong systematic thinking and problem-solving.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Effective through influence and teamwork.
• Demonstrated teamwork and willingness to help others.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Apply lean and statistical methods to improve efficiency and quality.
• Conduct time and motion studies; document future state processes.
• Layout detailed process and equipment arrangements.
• Facilitate lean events like Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
• Coordinate launches of new or revised products with teams.
• Collaborate with production, design, and engineering to plan capacity.
• Participate in plant safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
