Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join an onsite role in South Carolina, with relocation assistance and a hybrid schedule (4 days in office). The base pay is up to $105k with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and scale manufacturing capacity.

The right candidate will have a mechanical/industrial engineering background, experience with lean methods, and the ability to collaborate across R&D, operations, and quality to bring new technologies online.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
• Experience in process optimization and high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean methodologies; Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or CAPM are a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing workflows using lean practices and smart engineering solutions.
• Lead quality, efficiency, and cost-improvement projects.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and quality to introduce new manufacturing technologies.
• Write and execute validation plans for new or upgraded equipment.
• Support the launch and expansion of new production facilities, including greenfield projects.
