Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company in Waco, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement across production lines, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to select equipment and tooling, develop fixturing, and maintain SOPs. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing principles
• Strong process improvement experience in manufacturing
• CAD proficiency: SolidWorks or AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Identify opportunities for waste minimization and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and introduce new equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support capital project planning and execution for manufacturing equipment upgrades.
• Train production staff on new processes and equipment to ensure seamless adoption.
