Description
Provide visible leadership and technicalexpertisein Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives that drive measurable and sustainable business results.
Partner with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization toidentifyopportunities, challenge the status quo, and implement solutions that improve operational performance, customer experience, and financial outcomes.
- Lead andfacilitatecontinuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory reduction, and productivity improvements.
- Analyze current operations, workflows, and business processes toidentifyopportunities for waste elimination, cycle time reduction, capacity improvement, and increased efficiency.
- Develop and execute site continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizationalobjectivesand operational priorities.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, improvement workshops, and cross-functional problem-solving activities that generate measurable business impact.
- Coach, train, and mentor leaders, supervisors, and team members in Lean methodologies, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes using industrial engineering principles, statistical analysis, and Lean tools to drive sustained improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyroot causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure long-term sustainability of process improvements.
- Develop standardized work practices, visual management systems, and operational playbooks that improve consistency and performance.
- Establish meaningful metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools tomonitorprogress and validate results.
- Lead change management efforts by effectively communicating vision,objectives, and expected outcomes while gaining buy-in throughout the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on operational excellence strategies and performance improvement opportunities.
- Activelyparticipatein production, quality, and operational review meetings toidentifyopportunities and remove performance barriers.
- Share best practices across facilities and support enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
