Job summary

US11 Electrolux Consumer Products, Inc. in Kinston, NC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate factory maintenance and drive uptime using OEE and EMS Lean tools. You will supervise technicians, oversee CMMS programs, and lead capital projects from costing to vendor selection.

The role requires strong Lean/continuous improvement experience, ability to read schematics, PLC and motor controls, and a track record of improving equipment reliability in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• 5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with PLC, pneumatic and motor controls in a continuous process system.
• Proficient CMMS and MS Office usage.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coach the activities of Maintenance Technicians in assigned area(s).
• Drive continuous improvement of OEE in assigned area(s) using EMS Lean tools.
• Procures tools/equipment and creates appropriate requests.
• Drives maintenance programs using CMMS to keep machinery in optimal condition.
• Develop and manage capital improvement projects including costing, vendor selection and management.
• Organizes and manages multiple priorities.
• Evaluate and solve production problems related to equipment, maintenance, and methods.
• Implements root cause analysis and engages maintenance technicians in problem solving methods.
