Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required with Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related Lean or operational excellence experience or internships.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze laboratory processes to identify automation and Lean improvements.
• Lead Kaizen events and value stream mapping to reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs for efficiency, downtime and quality.
• Train staff on Lean principles and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation with Lean goals.
