Job summary

Prime Source is seeking a Material Handling Team Member in Pennsylvania to receive, document, store and move materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and organize locations to support manufacturing and shipping workflows with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

You will operate forklifts, read tape measures, handle power tools, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives through Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Support company values and mission through respect, continuous improvement, and safety
• Apply Lean Thinking to team work and processes (waste, flow, level work, etc.)
• Move, put away and record locations of products in a safe manner following SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Actively participate in problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Support and help in other areas as the manufacturing schedule dictates.
• Local travel to various worksites may be required.
