Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in the United States is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design, analyze, and continuously improve production processes. You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to boost safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities span process standardization, line balancing, NPI support, PFMEA, and data reporting, with a focus on waste reduction and optimized material flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies, work measurements, and process observations to identify opportunities for labor and productivity improvements.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, cycle times, capacity constraints, and workflow to improve throughput and operational efficiency.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions that improve line performance and output.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize operations.
