Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree focusing in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 2-5 minimum years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years in automotive industry preferred.
• Must be willing to travel to customer sites.
• AutoCAD experience essential.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Visio) required.
• Leadership and teamwork in matrix environments.
• Flexibility for regional plant visits.

Responsibilities

• Own current plant layout and ensure alignment with Floor Space Planning Tool.
• Align plant layout drawings with AutoCAD standards.
• Propose lean flow improvements for facility operations.
• Support new business layout during Phase 2-5.
• Plan warehouse requirements using PFEP Matrix.
• Conduct indirect labor planning and time studies.
• Support Materials & SCM with line-side decisions and delivery methods.
• Maintain central MODAPTS/time study database.
• Lead Kaizen projects for lean flow and space utilization.
• Assist with product changes and pilot plant activities.
