Job summary

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering degree preferred (4-year).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Mafact concepts and internal/external auditing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and conformance of product to customer specifications per control plans; stop non-conforming processes.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing methods and principles.
• Coordinate process improvements and support Cosma Program Management Process (CPMP) and APQP.
• Develop reporting systems and monitor KPI performance.
