Job summary

Orbia Connectivity Solutions Dura-Line is hiring a Continuous Improvement Coordinator for our U.S. facility. You will lead P2E initiatives, coach teams on lean methods, and drive waste reduction on the plant floor while coordinating with management.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping, with strong English communication and proficiency in Excel. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within a global manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred; coursework or certification in continuous improvement/lean principles desired.
• 1–3 years of experience with 5S, Kanban, standardized workflows, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and visual factory as a participant; facilitator preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office tools; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate P2E activities with plant management.
• Evaluate operations to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events.
• Develop, prioritize, and recommend waste-reducing improvements.
• Document and standardize improvements for consistent execution and sustainability.
• Promote continuous improvement across teams and functions.
• Teach, coach, and mentor employees in P2E and lean principles.
• Train employees to identify and eliminate waste in daily work.
• Develop programs that foster a continuous improvement culture.
