Jabil is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Engineer in Monument, Colorado to drive continuous improvement across the site using Lean and Six Sigma methods. You will lead Kaizen events, develop value stream maps, and mentor belts to build a culture of waste reduction and operational excellence.
You will collaborate with operations leaders to sustain 6S, OEE, and OLE KPIs, facilitate Lean Council activities, and mentor employees toward Bronze or Green Belt certifications while advancing Jabil's Lean
Using the tools of Lean manufacturing and 6 Sigma (Lean Six Sigma) (VSM, SMED, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA , etc.), the key responsibilities of this position include project work, along with educating, promoting, and mentoring continuous improvement across the site. The Lean Six Sigma Engineer aims to optimize any process or operation, which seeks to minimize or eliminate the activities of non-value add, better known as waste. The focus is to facilitate kaizen (change activities), contribute to the site’s JOS Improvement Committees (QIC, TIC, MIC), and lead and support high-impact value stream improvement plans and projects.
The pay range for this role is $79,400 - $142,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: August 31, 2026.
