The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing and warehouse leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and a track record of building high‑performing teams. Competitive base salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution management roles.
• 5+ years of overall warehouse management, logistics and materials handling.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related).

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead the plant’s material handling, shipping & receiving, and cycle counting teams.
• Develop, coach, and empower a team of 8-10 and contingent staff.
• Drive continuous improvement by lean principles, dMS, and best practices across material flow.
• Implement and sustain robust inventory control processes for high accuracy.
