Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company is seeking a Lean/CI professional to drive change management across the organization, from office to shop floor. You will support value stream mapping, lean events, and training while analyzing data to improve waste reduction, profitability, quality, and safety.

The role requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration to sustain continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaboration across functions.
• Experience in Lean / Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supports Lean/CI change management culture through value stream mapping, lean events and lean training.
• Supports data collection & data analysis to achieve performance objectives (waste reduction, profitability, quality, safety).
• Co-facilitates Kaizen Events, CI Projects, Just-Do-It’s, and Wins of the Week; documents roadblocks for escalation.
