Job summary

Ventek Solutions, a leading manufacturer of engineered foam components and protective packaging, seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive Lean initiatives across operations. You will lead Kaizen events, map value streams, and optimize processes to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Up to 50% travel may be required to support multiple facilities and audits. The ideal candidate has a strong Lean toolkit, experience with ERP/MRP, and a proven track record of driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or business process improvement roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, VSM, root cause analysis, and cross-functional problem solving.
• Drive waste reduction and process optimization to improve workflow efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Develop, implement, and sustain standardized work, visual management, process controls, audits and best practices.
• Analyze data, monitor KPIs, and develop reporting tools to identify trends and gaps.
• Partner with teams to improve process flow, system utilization, and performance.
• Support ERP/MRP process improvements, data accuracy, and digital process enhancements.
• Coach and train employees on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
• Lead change management to sustain improvement initiatives.
• Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with requirements.
