Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence Manager to lead the divisional CI strategy across its PDRD sites. The role requires coordinating with site leaders to deploy EBS, ECIS, ELSS, and OpA maturity, delivering significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Travel up to 50% is expected. Qualified candidates have 10+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years in CI/Six Sigma, and hold a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years leading Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma programs.
• Business travel up to 50%.
• Lean certification and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the divisional CI strategy across multiple sites and drive value stream transformation.
• Partner with Ops Director, Plant Managers, and CI leaders to embed a culture of daily problem solving and deliver measurable improvements.
