Job summary

You will apply ITM-based methods, coach cross-functional teams, and lead Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. You will partner with operations, engineers, and front-line staff to eliminate waste, deploy the ITM system, and build a culture of accountability and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/ITM principles and tools.
• Lead Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach and train teams on Lean tools and problem-solving methods.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Promote a culture of accountability and employee engagement.
