Hybrid role based in Plymouth, MN with a focus on coaching, program development, and enterprise portfolio leadership to sustain improvement

Qualifications

• Familiar with Kaizen and lean improvement concepts.
• Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions.
• Proven ability to partner across functions to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads continuous improvement training programs across Sales, Service and Solutions.
• Leads Kaizen events, scorecard meetings, and lean initiatives to improve quality and delivery.
• Provides coaching and SME support in Lean, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC and RACI.
• Drives annual integrated planning and enterprise portfolio activities for the unit.
• Maintains records and audits continuous improvement initiatives.
