Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program with anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks in summer 2027.
• Reliable transportation to Wilmington, NC.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support HMOS daily management systems, standards, KPI tracking, and action item follow-up.
• Participate in Gemba walks and Lean workshops to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Assist with standardization of processes and work instructions.
• Collaborate with operators, supervisors, leaders, and cross-functional teams on site initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion and measurable results for improvement projects.
• Present outcomes and learnings to site leadership and stakeholders.
