Job summary

Henkel is seeking a results-oriented engineer for its Adhesive Technologies unit in the United States, Bay Point area. You will drive manufacturing processes to deliver safe, high-quality products on time and at competitive costs, while leading continuous improvement projects across cross-functional teams.

You will analyze performance metrics, identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and coach employees to raise engagement and ownership in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering and manufacturing processes to deliver high-quality products safely, on time and cost-effectively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with action plans and process enhancements.
• Monitor KPIs to optimize efficiency, quality, and productivity across production teams.
• Use data analysis and structured problem-solving to identify root causes and sustainable solutions.
• Coach and engage employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
