Job summary

Adecco Portugal seeks a Continuous Improvement Technician to drive Lean initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will implement ELSS tools, sustain the Continuous Improvement Framework, and lead Kaizen/RIE events to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities include time/motion studies, process audits, and developing standard work. You will train teams, create AutoCAD layouts, and report CI metrics to guide capital investments and savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain Lean methodology and Continuous Improvement Framework.
• Lead Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) to drive efficiency.
• Document time/motion studies and analyze processes for improvements.
• Conduct audits (5S, LPA, Process Checks) to ensure standards.
• Create standard work documentation and maintain facility layouts in AutoCAD.
• Prepare and report Continuous Improvement metrics across the plant.
• Support capital investments and cost-saving projects.
• Deliver training programs and maintain effective communication.
