Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Hands-on Lean experience and TPS knowledge.
• Strong program/change management background with transformation experience.
• Excellent judgment, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and with vendors.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiar with Visio, MS Project, Minitab or SPC.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach Lean systems and Lean Thinking across departments and leadership levels.
• Track and report results for Lean initiatives.
• Assess teams and provide constructive feedback to strengthen Lean competencies.
• Influence leadership as a change manager to embed Operational Excellence.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and mentor teams to implement strategic changes.
• Use data and KPIs to prioritize efforts and ensure goal achievement.
• Lead impactful training sessions on problem-solving and process optimization.
• Conduct Maturity Assessments and guide departments along the Lean Roadmap.
