Job summary

Selux Corporation in Highland is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform mechanical and electrical assembly with a team. The role runs Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm, in a 4-day work week with an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, and 401k match.

You will follow standardized work instructions, use hand and power tools, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in assembly.
• Able to read and follow work instructions written in English.

Responsibilities

• Employ lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement.
• Use hand/power tools and machinery to assemble components accurately.
• Follow standardized work instructions and meet production times.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed during assembly processes.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments for smooth operations.
• Provide hands-on training to coworkers when needed.
