Qualifications

• Prefer completion of a two-year degree or vocational certificate and a minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing management or a minimum of three years of manufacturing/assembly management experience.
• Formal Lean enterprise training or certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all department activity to achieve performance goals, including safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead Lean initiatives and process improvements, ensuring ISO and quality standards are met.
• Develop staffing plans and manage personnel actions, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
