Job Title: Lean Agile Leader - Tier 2 [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]

Job Location: Plano, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Plano, TX is $126,100 - $227,000 per year, and this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits. Details can be found at: www.benefitsquickstart.com. The position is eligible for time off according to company policies, including paid sick leave, parental leave, PTO (non-exempt), or flexible vacation (exempt).

Duties:

  1. Build and coach agile teams.
  2. Improve in-house tool Polarion using Web Development skills.
  3. Use Python and C++ to generate and enhance reports with SAP BO Reports and other tools.
  4. Facilitate System and Solution Demos for the NX for Manufacturing Agile Release Train (ART).
  5. Coordinate sync meetings across the ART and manage the flow of value.
  6. Collaborate with other ARTs sharing business and technology goals.
  7. Manage risks and dependencies related to features.
  8. Escalate and track impediments affecting progress.
  9. Assess and improve DevOps and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
  10. Encourage Communities of Practice.
  11. Serve as a Lean-Agile practitioner and coach.
  12. Assist Lean-Agile Leadership with PI Planning facilitation.
  13. Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives.
  14. Recruit, develop, and retain professionals; manage compensation and benefits.
  15. Maintain team satisfaction, motivation, and morale.
  16. Foster collaboration among teams and roles.
  17. Drive team improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 36 months of experience in Lean Agile-related roles.
  • Experience in software development or engineering.
  • Stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience with SAFe for Teams and mentoring software personnel.
  • Development experience with NX CAM or similar CAM software.
  • Experience as Scrum Master for a SAFe team.
  • Remote work is permissible per company policy.
