Heath Consultants Incorporated in Conshohocken, PA is hiring a Field Supervisor for Leak Survey. You will coach and develop field technicians, manage daily workloads, and enforce safety and quality standards to protect lives and property.

The role offers paid training, a weekly paycheck plus a vehicle allowance, and opportunities to grow into field leadership while supporting essential natural gas safety services in communities we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in pipeline operations or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leak detection, pipeline inspection, or related field.
• Proven experience supervising field teams and managing operational activities.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to pipeline and utility leak detection.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field technicians to ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.
• Schedule daily workload for technicians and manage payroll, billing, and data requirements.
• Recruit, coach, discipline, and discharge field staff as needed.
• Maintain tracking and maintenance of assigned assets and equipment.
