• Proven experience supervising field teams and managing operations.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; travel within regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field technicians to exceed expectations.
• Schedule daily workload and manage payroll and data needs.
• Coach technicians and run weekly safety and quality meetings.
• Perform Observations 360 and monthly quality audits.
