Job summary

Heath is seeking a Field Supervisor, Leak Survey to lead and coach field technicians in a high‑stakes field environment. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time completion while developing the team and maintaining strong client relations.

The role requires 2–5 years in utilities with supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Lean Six Sigma white belt; outdoor, field-based work is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; data analysis skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Field Technicians in line with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and provide development for Field Supervisors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time compliance in field operations.
• Manage daily goals, workload balancing, and payroll/data requirements.
• Promote corporate service standards and report performance to the Area Manager.
• Suggest corrective actions based on root cause analysis and investigations.
