Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Leak Repair Technician to lead and perform leak repair operations across field sites or client locations.

The role emphasizes safety, rigorous documentation, and high-quality repairs using techniques such as drilling, tapping, wiring, banding, and clamp/enclosure installations. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma (technical training preferred), a valid driver’s license and TWIC card, and 1+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, Industry or relevant training preferred.
• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Driving License and TWIC Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety procedures and job documentation.
• Assess leaking component(s) and report findings to supervisory personnel and engineering.
• Execute and lead leak repair operations in accordance with technician certification and company processes and procedures.
• Drill and tap.
• Wire and band.
• Clamp and enclosure installation.
• Measuring components.
• Stand-by operations.
• Inspections of components.
• Evaluation of performance on repair activities.
• Attend and complete required training to maintain competence and improve skills.
• Identify circumstances requiring proper safety procedures and equipment.
• Document all service activities as required.
